This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. nace ph does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any game on the Platform.
2.2 Age Verification. By registering an account on nace ph, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. nace ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any funds held therein, subject to applicable law.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on nace ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). nace ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all registered players. You agree to provide any documents requested by nace ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nace ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

All activity conducted through your nace ph account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified nace ph of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nace ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. nace ph does not accept credit card deposits in compliance with Philippine regulations.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the nace ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees at the prevailing exchange rate.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on nace ph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. nace ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For anti-money laundering compliance, nace ph may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. nace ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nace ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as permitted by applicable law.
Note on Payment Methods: nace ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations. All transactions must be conducted through the approved payment methods listed above.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. nace ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your nace ph account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. nace ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to claim a promotion multiple times or in bad faith.

Any player found to be abusing bonuses may have their account suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. nace ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the nace ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All games on nace ph that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by nace ph are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information section. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.
6.4 Malfunctions. 10.2 nace ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nace ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 nace ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 nace ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
11.2 By registering an account on nace ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the nace ph Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
11.3 nace ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your nace ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Closure by nace ph. nace ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nace ph Platform shall first be submitted to nace ph customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.3 nace ph operates under PAGCOR oversight. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by nace ph may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
14.1 nace ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nace ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the nace ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
